REGISTRATION

Registration for the 2012 – 2013 school year will begin on Monday, January 30 for MUMC church members, current students and their siblings. Open registration for the general public will begin on Monday, February 6. Questions? Please call the school at 869-0090.

• You may register your child by completing the registration form (see link below) and submitting the registration fee.
• All children must provide proof of birth (birth certificate, passport, or hospital record) by the first day of school.
• All children are required by state law to provide proof of a recent physical and a complete shot record, by the first day of school, using the VA state physical form (see link below).
• We fill our classes on a first-come, first-served basis.  We do maintain wait-lists for classes as they meet maximum enrollment.

FEES

• There is a $50 registration fee, per year, for each student.  This fee is due at the time of registration, and is non-refundable.
• 2-day (T/Th) class current tuition:  $120 per month
• 3-day (MWF) class current tuition:  $150 per month
• 5-day (M-F) class current tuition:  $210 per month
