Hunters for the Hungry
Hunters for the hungry is a program where hunters donate their deer harvest to support those who otherwise may not have the benefit of good protein filled meat. Hundreds of thousands of portions of venison are distributed each year throughout the state of Virginia. There are many ways to take part in this ministry:
- If you are a hunter, contribute part of your deer harvest
- If you are a landowner, you may wish to allow hunters to use your property.
- If you are any interested individual, you may contribute monetarily to help defray the cost of processing.
