Easter Egg Hunt

Saturday, April 7th, starting at 2pm in the Fellowship Hall. Open to all children preschool through, and including, 5th grade. Light refreshments will be served. This event is open to the public.

Vacation Bible School

Monday, June 18th – Friday, June 22nd from 6:30-8:30pm each night. Open to all children and youth from 3 years of age through 12th grade. This event is open to the public.

Fall Festival

October 20th, from 1-4pm. Churchwide event open to the public includes many games and activities for children. Prior year events and activities included a moon bounce, hayride, crafts, face painting and carnival games.

Children’s Christmas Program

Sunday, December 9th at 6:00pm. All children through (and including) the 5th grade are encouraged to participate in our annual Christmas program. Practice usually begins in late October during the Sunday School hour (9:45-10:45am)

Children’s Services

Church-Staffed Nursery
Macedonia offers nursery services for childrenup to age 4.

Children’s Messages
Pastor Jason leads a short “Bible time” or object lesson for the children at every service.

Children’s Church
Children’s church is a time of worship for pre-k through 5th grade that begins after the Pastor’s children’s message during adult worship service. The message is geared towards nurturing each child’s personal relationship with Jesus Christ. All children are encouraged to attend, as they also develop friendships and a support system within the church that they carry with them outside the church wall.

Children’s Choir: Our Children’s Choir meets for practice in the sanctuary prior to Sunday School each week. The children sing for the 11 o’clock service the 2nd Sunday of every month, in addition to programs performed to recognize special days throughout the year.

Sunday School: Our  Children’s Sunday School Program starts at age 3 and goes through the 5th grade. There are also two Sunday School classes for our youth. The children meet in the sanctuary for music and then are taken to their classes by their teacher.
